Delete in the app (fastest)

The quickest way to permanently delete your account is from inside Agenda:

1. Open Agenda and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account details.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Delete by request (no app needed)

If you can't access the app, email us from the address your account is registered with and we'll delete it for you:

We verify the request via your registered email and complete the deletion within 30 days — usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and profile (name, avatar, handle).
• All your calendar events.
• Your messages, event chats, and direct messages.
• Your contacts and connections, and the invites you've sent.
• Your push-notification registration.
• Any analytics and crash-diagnostics data associated with your account.

What may be retained

We do not keep a usable copy of your personal data after deletion. Limited records may be retained only where required by law (for example, financial or legal-compliance records), and routine backups are rotated out within 30 days. Messages you sent that are also part of another participant's conversation may remain in that person's copy, consistent with how any messaging app works.
